Request permanent deletion of your Crewtron account and associated data

Crewtron is operated by Augment AI Labs Corporation. This page explains how to permanently delete your Crewtron account, what data is deleted, what data we may retain, and how long retention takes.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Crewtron account at any time using either of the methods below. The in-app option is the fastest and is processed automatically.

Option A — Delete from inside the Crewtron app (recommended)

  1. Open the Crewtron app on Android, iOS, or web (crewtron.ai/app) and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (account owners) or Leave Team (team members).
  4. Read the warning, type DELETE in the confirmation field, and tap Delete Account.
  5. Your active subscription is cancelled immediately and your data is queued for deletion (see Section 3 for timeline).

Option B — Email request

If you cannot sign in to the app, email us from the email address registered on your account:

  • To: support@crewtron.ai
  • Subject: Delete My Crewtron Account
  • Include: the email address and business name on your account so we can verify your identity.

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days of receipt.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from Crewtron:

Account & profile

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and business name
  • Your sign-in credentials (Cognito user record)
  • Your company profile and logo
  • Push notification device tokens

Business data you created in Crewtron

  • Clients and contact details
  • Jobs, including attached photos
  • Quotes and quote versions
  • Invoices, including attached photos and viewing tokens
  • Contracts, contract templates, and signed documents
  • Projects, milestones, and expenses (including receipts)
  • Appointments and calendar entries
  • Connected social accounts
  • Team members on your account, including their sign-in credentials

Subscription

  • Any active or trialing Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately. You will not be billed again.

3. Timeline

Account deletion runs in two phases:

  • Immediate: Stripe subscription is cancelled, your sign-in is disabled, and your account is marked for deletion. Team members associated with your account are also signed out.
  • Within 90 days: All business data and media files listed in Section 2 are permanently removed from our production databases and storage.

For email-based requests (Option B), we will complete deletion within 30 days of identity verification.

4. What We May Retain (and Why)

A limited amount of information may be retained after account deletion, only where we are legally required to do so or where it has been irreversibly anonymized:

  • Financial and tax records: Records of payments, invoices, refunds, and Stripe transaction history may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. federal and state tax and accounting requirements.
  • Fraud and abuse prevention: Limited identifiers may be retained where necessary to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
  • Aggregated and anonymized analytics: Statistical data that cannot be used to identify you (for example, total counts of jobs created across the platform) may be retained indefinitely.
  • Backups: Encrypted backups may contain residual data for up to 90 days before being overwritten on their normal rotation.

5. Team Members vs. Account Owners

Crewtron supports two account types, and the deletion flow differs:

  • Account owners (Merchants): Selecting Delete Account deletes the entire workspace, including all business data and all team members' sign-in credentials.
  • Team members (Manager / Worker): Selecting Leave Team deactivates your team membership and deletes your sign-in credentials. Business data belonging to the account owner is not affected; the account owner must delete it separately.

6. Deleting Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete individual records (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, contracts, projects, expenses, appointments) at any time from within the Crewtron app without deleting your account. Open the record and use the delete option in its menu.

Account deletion in Crewtron is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only need a break, you can simply sign out — your data and subscription will remain untouched.
