3. SMS Communications

Verification codes

When you create an account or reset your password, we text a one-time code to the mobile number you give us. We send these only when you request one.

Account notification texts (optional)

If you check the optional SMS consent box when you create your account or accept a team invitation, you agree to receive account notification texts from Augment AI Labs Corporation (the company that makes Crewtron): appointment reminders, quote, invoice and payment notifications, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies with your account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text from Crewtron to stop receiving them. We will send one message confirming it. You can also email support@crewtron.ai. Opting out may affect security features that rely on SMS verification.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:

  • Cloud hosting and storage (AWS)
  • SMS delivery services (only to deliver our messages to you)
  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Analytics and monitoring tools

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

These providers receive only what they need to deliver our service to you.
