Getting your data out, tool by tool.

We've already researched the export screens of the popular tools — exact clicks below. Using something else? Tell us what you run and we'll research it for you. It's your data: you have every right to take it with you, and your current provider is obliged to hand it over. Send it in whatever format you get — formatting is our problem, not yours. One rule that matters everywhere: export before you cancel.

Jobber emails every export to you as a CSV — you just forward those emails to us.

1. Clients: Clients → More Actions → Export Clients (admin login required). Books over 1,500 clients arrive as multiple files — send them all.
2. Invoices: Insights → Reports → Invoices Report → Export to CSV (choose "All columns").
3. Quotes: Reports → Quotes Report → Export to CSV.
4. Jobs: Reports → One-Off Jobs and Recurring Jobs reports → Export to CSV.
5. Price book: Gear icon → Settings → Products & Services → Export to CSV.

Forward everything from noreply@getjobber.com to support@crewtron.ai. Heads up: Jobber access ends when your billing term ends — export first, cancel second.
Housecall Pro emails exports as CSVs (usually within the hour) — forward them to us as they land.

1. Customers: Customers tab → Actions → Export → Send file (admin login required).
2. Jobs & invoices: Customers → Jobs list → Actions → Export. Big history? Run it one year at a time — large ranges can fail.
3. Estimates: Customers → Estimates list → Actions → Export.
4. Payments: Reporting → Payments Report → set the full date range → Generate report.
5. Price book: Settings → Price Book → Export — once for Services, once for Materials.

Forward everything from notifications@housecallpro.com. Note: HCP can disable accounts within 14 days of cancellation with no guaranteed data retention — export everything before you cancel.
The one rule: export while your account is still active. After cancellation ServiceTitan keeps data for only ~60 days, and the exit format they offer is a raw database backup.

1. Customers: Search → entity "Customers" (no filters) → Expand → Export to Excel. If the button is missing, an admin must enable "Allow exporting search results" for your user under Settings → People → Employees → Permissions. Also run the built-in Customer List report and export it.
2. Jobs: job search results → Export to Excel.
3. Price book: Pricebook → Import/Export → export (admins/managers can self-serve).
4. Invoices & payments: export your transaction/invoice reports from the Reports module.

Have an office admin? We can also run a deeper, no-cost API pull with you — full line items, payment applications, and estimates — before you cancel. Just mention it when you email us.
Tell us what you run. Email support@crewtron.ai with the name of your tool — Workiz, FieldPulse, Service Fusion, Joist, a spreadsheet, anything — and we'll research its export path and send you a click-by-click cheat sheet. If the export isn't obvious, ask their support directly: it's your data, and you're entitled to it.

If your tool syncs to QuickBooks Online, there's a shortcut — we can pull your clients, invoices, and payments straight from QuickBooks, no matter which app they started in.

Whatever files you end up with — CSV, Excel, emailed reports — send them as-is. Formatting is our problem, not yours.

We commit to 5 business days from the moment we receive your files — and most migrations are live in 2–3. Very large books (5,000+ documents) can take longer; we'll give you a firm date with your preview, before anything is imported.
About 15 minutes of clicking: run the exports using the cheat sheet above, forward the emails to support@crewtron.ai, and later approve your preview. That's it — no spreadsheets to reformat, no column mapping, no re-typing.
Yes. Your files are handled only by our migration team, used only for your import, and deleted once your migration completes. Your client list is never shared, sold, or used for anything else. See our security page for the full picture.
No — export first, verify your Crewtron account, then cancel. Some tools cut access fast: ServiceTitan retains data for only ~60 days after termination, and Housecall Pro may disable your account within 14 days with no guaranteed retention. Your data is yours — take it out while the door is open.
Yes. History keeps its original numbers, and your next Crewtron invoice continues counting from your highest imported number — your bookkeeper won't notice a seam.
Where your old tool exposes the repeat pattern (Jobber), your recurring jobs come over as true recurring schedules. Where it doesn't (Housecall Pro service plans have no export), we import the upcoming visits and give you a one-page worksheet to re-create each plan in minutes. Auto-billing always needs a fresh card from your customer — that's a payment-industry rule, not ours — and we give you a checklist so no cycle is missed.
Tell us and we'll fix it — or undo the entire import on request within 30 days, leaving everything you created yourself untouched. Between the pre-import preview and the undo window, there's no step where you're stuck with a bad move.
