Text message (SMS) opt-in

The exact wording a person agrees to before Crewtron sends account notification texts, and the forms that show it.

The consent text

Optional: I agree to receive account notification text messages (SMS) from Augment AI Labs Corporation (Crewtron): appointment reminders, quote, invoice and payment notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of creating an account. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This sentence is shown beside an optional checkbox on both forms below. The box is unchecked by default and is separate from the required acceptance of the Terms of Service. A person who leaves it unchecked can still create the account, and receives no account notification texts.

Program: Crewtron Account Notifications, operated by Augment AI Labs Corporation, the company that makes Crewtron.

Messages: appointment reminders, quote, invoice and payment notifications, and service updates. This program sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Where it is shown

1. The account sign-up form

The public sign-up form, with no login, is the web app at https://crewtron.ai/app/signup and it needs JavaScript and a few seconds to load, so it is pictured here exactly as a person signing up sees it. The Crewtron iOS and Android apps show the same sign-up screen with the same box in app versions released after September 19, 2026.

2. The team invitation form

A person invited to a Crewtron account by its owner opens a personal invitation link. Before creating a login, the form shows the same optional, unchecked box with the same sentence and the same two links.

Verification codes

Under the phone field, both forms also say:

We'll text a one-time verification code from Crewtron to this number. 1 message per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Those one-time codes are sent only when a person asks for one. They are not account notification texts, and they do not depend on the optional box.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any text from Crewtron to stop receiving them. We send one message confirming it. For help, reply HELP, email support@crewtron.ai, or visit https://crewtron.ai/contact for support.
